Q: How can I request a product to be sold by TOKA SALES?

A: If you wish to request a product to be sold by TOKA SALES or if you would like to review a product, please email us at support@tokasalesllc.com. We will be happy to assist you with your request.

Q: How can I placed a bulk quantity purchase order?

A: If you wish to purchase in large quantities aka. wholesale, we require you to own or associated with a business. Please sent your inquiries to wholesale@tokasalesllc.com along with the wholesale program application and tax exemption form. 

Q: Can you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do. We can ship to all non-sanctioned countries. Shipping speed is determined by the service you choose.

Q: How do I return an item purchased from TOKA SALES?

A: Please send your request along with your order ID and receipt to support@tokasalesllc.com for an RMA number. After we processed your request and verified your eligibility for return, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label to you. Then you may print it out and attached to your shipping box, then send your item back to us. For more information about returns, please refer to terms*.
